Suncatcher
This glass is truly a suncatcher! The structure in the glass was made by fusing the glass on sand in the kiln. After that I airbrushed paint on the glass. The result are sunny beams of yellow and orange. When the light falls on the glass, the structure ‘catches’ the light and makes it sparkle!

Dit glas is een echte stralenvanger! Door het glas over zand in de oven te fusen, is er in het glas een structuur ontstaan. Na het maken van deze glasplaat heb ik hem met verf ge-airbrushed. Het resultaat zijn zonnige stralen in oranje en geel. Als het licht valt op het glas, vangt de structuur het licht en laat het sprankelen!
